    The scan is indexed, i.e. enriched with metadata (invisible information necessary for classification), to help you search for and view the created electronic document.

    The application stores the data, which remain available for consultation thanks to classification based on metadata.

    Retrieve the stored document quickly and easily using the index keys created by the system, for example creation date, name, number, type, customer code, etc. No need to create "folders", "files", or other types of groupings: the metadata associated with the documents allow you to retrieve them instantly.
